Cost Advantage Factor

  • In today's World; markets get more competitive each day which results suppliers to look for alternative methods of producing or ways to gather more cost effective products without breaking the quality standard of a spesific product but how would they achieve it?
  • The solution is simple, either to cut on fixed and labor costs or to have a way to purchase raw materials cheaper than other competitiors do or perhaps to do both at the same time to be price competitive!

  • Since most factories don't operate with 100% capacity levels and their orders are limited at given times or seasonally, Primo pools the demand from incoming corprate orders at given times, at different volumes to maximise plant capacity levels resulting lower fix and labor costs to directly save on costs of production all the time throughout the year. Flexibility Factor

  • Depending on the nature of the product, order amounts could change from time to time. Whether the product could be a seasonal product or the product is just needed at a particular time, many producers have to keep producing, no matter what the demand is to keep things flowing at reasonable cost boundries and not to incur a loss. Most of the time they can't even afford to produce in such small amounts becuase of the minimum order quantities given from their suppliers. Primo could! Primo has an independent quality control team whom reports all unconfirmaties that is different than customer given specs directly to customer's quality control representative. Support Factor

  • Primo is always available for it's customers and any questions they may have. A customer's problem is also our problem whether it is something related to product development or a simple design advice. Primo is aware that sometimes information is to be critical at given moments. Due to that reasoning, Primo assigns an individual customer representative to each customer to answer questions, give price quotations 24/7. Primo does purchasing, production and handles export shipments on customer's behalf so that Primo's customer's could fully concantrate on product development and marketing to increase revenue.

  • Our difference lies in 'integrated variation' business model. Primo tries to resolve all stages of production in-house as much as it can; to control cost measures, timing and to assure maintaining a standard in quality. All new machinery investments are handled within consideration of integrating. For instance, Primo produces it's own PET bottles where many private label fillers have to supply it through third party companies. In general, outsourcing packaging materials takes more time, results in higher costs and often creates quality issues. There is also one major advantage which is the ability to waive the transport costs! Goods we produce, consume a lot of space and weight. Goods and materials are costy to transfer from one plant to another. We have the power to elovate our goods within floors of one factory which has multiple departments, other producers will have it in many different factories, Primo saves customer's on these side costs and offer raw materials at a price advantage compared to outsourced manufacturers.

  • A customer who chooses to do a promotion blister pack of three different varient of liquid hand soap, will end up paying various times of transport costs for the goods hence each factory is speciliesed, not in Primo which liquid mix production, PET blowing, filling, packing and logistics are handled all from one plant

  • If Primo's customer's seek something different that requires special machinery or setup, Primo will take immediate action on machinery investment on your behalf and will minimize spenditures on customer's side. Primo is open to offers and investment strategies as new projects come in.
